At Koe Wetzel Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your standards, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
